Sam Hagedon

Sam Hagedon has been building homes on Hatteras Island since 1989. He is a well known contractor on Hatteras Island, as well as the rest of the Outer Banks. He has watched as the building style in Hatteras changed from the old-fashioned, cinder block beach box to the new and modern show houses that have slowly replaced them.
